How much is shipping?
Free on every US order — no minimum, no exclusions, and nothing added at checkout. We deliver to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
How long will delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 5–8 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as yours is on its way, so you can follow it the whole way.
Do you deliver internationally?
Not yet — United States only, to all 50 states.
What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery on unused items in their original condition. Email hello@defcart.com with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid label. Your refund goes back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of it reaching us. No restocking fee.
What if something arrives damaged?
Email us a photo and we'll sort it — replacement or refund, whichever you'd prefer. You won't need to send it back first.
Can I exchange something?
Yes. Return the original for a refund and place a new order — it's faster than a formal exchange, and the return label is free either way.
How do I pick the right size?
For anything sold in sizes, the product page lists the item's own measurements in centimeters and inches. Compare them against something you already own and like the fit of. Between two sizes, size up — or send us your measurements and we'll tell you which way to go.
Will my order arrive in one package?
Not always. If you order several items they may arrive separately, on different days. You'll get a tracking link for each.
Do I need an account to order?
No. Guest checkout works fine, and you'll get confirmation and tracking by email either way.
